What we collect

When you sign up for CueProX early access, we collect the following information:

• Name — so we can address you personally.
• Email address — to notify you when CueProX launches and to send your free demo invitation.
• IP address — collected automatically to prevent spam and abuse.

We also log the date and time of your signup and your browser's user-agent string for security and diagnostic purposes.

Why we collect it

• To notify you when CueProX launches.
• To send you an invitation for a free full demo at launch.
• To protect the signup system from automated abuse.

We will not use your information for any purpose other than those listed above without your explicit consent.

Data retention

Your data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You may do so at any time by emailing us at support@cueprox.com. After deletion your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Third-party services

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for this purpose. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy .

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
